Project Description

Dreamcore, a premier Singapore-based custom PC brand, faced low conversion rates (0.2%), high bounce rates, and poor mobile usability. Through in-depth surveying—including feedback from 100 customers showing 72% support for a redesign and prioritizing price and performance—we redesigned the site for seamless navigation and responsive design.

Key improvements included an intuitive filtering system by price and hardware manufacturer, empowering users to find and customize PCs quickly and confidently. The result? A streamlined, mobile-optimized platform that transforms the browsing experience and underscores the impact of data-driven design on engagement and business outcomes.
