Project Description

Singapore's telehealth category has grown fast, but its communication hasn't kept pace — every provider defaults to either clinical distance or generic wellness gloss. RapiDr, a Singapore-based telehealth platform, needed a social presence that could hold both credibility and warmth at once, across an audience as varied as Gen Z night-owls, time-poor millennial executives, and blue-collar workers for whom a legitimate MC is the whole transaction. The engagement covered brand strategy, content strategy, and social art direction, with the goal of turning RapiDr from a transactional app into a brand people actually trust with their health questions.

The core of the work was building a narrative architecture rather than a content calendar. Four content categories — Health Education, Honest Direct Guidance, Life and Culture, and Service Announcements — were structured as a funnel, where the first three earn attention and trust before the fourth ever asks for a conversion. Three recurring voices (The Knowledgeable Friend, The Honest Caretaker, The Everyday Health Companion) gave the brand a consistent personality across formats without flattening it into a single tone. Alongside this, the visual system was deliberately built on harmony over uniformity: a shared palette, lighting logic, and compositional grammar that let the art direction flex across campaigns, demographics, and platforms, rather than locking the brand into one rigid template that would age quickly or crack under real production pressure.

That same thinking anchored the GLP-1 launch narrative. Rather than compete on clinical process or lifestyle aesthetics — the two poles every competitor in the category was stuck between — the strategy positioned RapiDr around a patient's right to choose their own care structure, priced with intention rather than discounted, and framed GLP-1 honestly as a metabolic health tool rather than a weight-loss headline. The result was a launch story built to earn trust before it asked for a sign-up.
