We don't prescribe before we diagnose. A S$3,000 diagnostic prevents a S$20,000 mistake. If your website has clear problems, the diagnostic roadmap will show exactly what's worth fixing and what isn't - saving you from wasted investment. Without diagnostic clarity, we'd be guessing. And you'd be paying for guesses.
What's your pricing philosophy?
We price based on business impact, not hours or pages. After diagnostic, you'll know exactly what you're investing and why. We don't do hourly billing—it misaligns incentives. What if we don't like the diagnostic findings?
You'll receive a clear roadmap showing: •What's broken •What's fixable •What's worth fixing first •Estimated effort and impact for each fix If you disagree with the analysis, the diagnostic investment ends there—no hard feelings. We only proceed to Tier 1 or 2 when there's strategic alignment. The diagnostic is your decision checkpoint, not a commitment trap.
How long does a typical engagement take?

Why can you only take 1 Tier 2 client per year?
Tier 2 (Platform Transformation) requires deep senior involvement— 8-12 weeks of strategic UX, brand refinement, and implementation oversight from both Larry and Daryl. We limit Tier 2 to one per year to ensure every project receives the senior attention it deserves. We can't dilute quality by overcommitting capacity. This constraint protects both your outcome and our standards.
Do you offer branding-only or design-only work?
No. Everything begins with diagnostic clarity. We do not start with cosmetic redesigns or logo refreshes without understanding the underlying experience gaps. If you only want "make it look better," we're not the right fit. If you want "fix what's broken, then make it work beautifully," let's talk.
