Clearlab’s digital landscape was transformed through strategic research and design. After uncovering critical brand and UX gaps—including mismatched demographics and outdated aesthetics—we realigned messaging, visual branding, and digital marketing to better engage the 25–34 age group.
By refining the customer journey, modernizing the website, and launching targeted campaigns (including a TikTok influencer push reaching over 140K views), we revitalized Clearlab’s online experience. The result? A cohesive, user-focused platform that delivered 65% year-over-year revenue growth in 2024 — a clear example of how thoughtful design and data-driven strategy can drive real business results.
